Daryl Womack, Jr., is a leading professional barber/stylist and instructor. At 14 years of age, Daryl began his barbering career by cutting friends, family and neighbors’ hair in his community. After attending Sidney Collier Technical College,Womack received his Barbering License from the Louisiana State Board of Barbers and in 2007, he received his Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business from LSU. Attending LSU allowed Womack to develop his barbering techniques while building relationships with various professionals and athletes.
It was the onset of his entrepreneurial spirit that inspired Daryl to open Case Closed Barber Shop in New Orleans East, which was one of the most popular post Katrina barber shops. During that period, Womack was able to acquire his instructor’s license and began instructing at Park Place Barber College where he based his class on professionalism and interpersonal skills.
Womack has also received proclamations by the City of New Orleans for his service and dedication to the barbering industry. Womack shares his wealth of knowledge with the next generation of barbers and hopes to continue sharing his experiences, lessons and talents via his mentoring program, Fresh For Success.

He began his journey at the young age of 12 by giving free haircuts to a couple of brave friends. The General is a versatile barber who specializes in fades and designs and has competed in numerous barber battles from New Orleans to Houston.
Raised in New Orleans East, De'Jon is a strong presence in the youth community throughout the city. As the owner of 3D Effect Youth Development he gives back in various ways to help our youth. De'Jon is a certified coach who specializes in track & field and has his own USATF and AAU team, 3D Effect Track Club. He is also head track coach at Joe Brown Park and Sci High Senior High School. As you can see the "General" is well qualified as a barber, coach, and mentor!
